Tenku

Tenku is a premium Asian dining destination delivered for the Oscar Group, with interior design by DS17. The project showcases I Project Fitouts ability to deliver a complete hospitality fit-out through integrated project management, in-house manufacturing and commercial kitchen expertise.

Working alongside DS17, our team designed the commercial kitchen layout to maximise efficiency, workflow and operational performance. We also developed the complete kitchen services drawings, ensuring seamless coordination between all trades and landlord requirements throughout the project.

Our in-house joinery division manufactured and installed an extensive range of custom timber features using Blackbutt, bringing warmth and sophistication to the restaurant’s contemporary interior. This included bespoke banquet seating, feature benchtops, and striking round column timber wall panelling, all crafted to complement the designer’s vision while providing long-term durability. Our in-house sheet metal team also fabricated and installed the complete stainless-steel package throughout the venue.

As the principal fit-out contractor, I Project Fitouts managed all landlord works, project managed every trade on site and supplied and installed the complete commercial kitchen equipment package, delivering a seamless turnkey solution from planning through to final handover.

The result is a sophisticated dining environment where refined craftsmanship, premium materials and high-performance commercial kitchen solutions come together to create an exceptional hospitality experience that reflects the Oscar Group’s vision.
