Benetti’s Italian

Benetti’s Italian is a contemporary dining destination in Brighton-Le-Sands, delivered for the Oscar Group in collaboration with DS17. The project showcases I Project Fitouts’ ability to deliver a complete hospitality fit-out, managing every stage from concept development through to handover.

Working closely with DS17, our team designed and developed the commercial kitchen layout to create an efficient, high-performance workspace tailored to the restaurant’s operational needs. We manufactured and installed all custom joinery and stainless-steel fabrication in-house, ensuring exceptional quality, durability, and seamless integration throughout the venue.

As part of our turnkey delivery, we supplied and installed the complete commercial kitchen equipment package, coordinated and project managed all trades on site, and managed all landlord services to ensure the project progressed smoothly and met all building requirements.

By combining in-house manufacturing, commercial kitchen expertise, and end-to-end project management, I Project Fit outs delivered a sophisticated hospitality venue that reflects the Oscar Group’s vision while providing a functional and efficient environment for both staff and guests.
